Wanda conducts a Reading Group once a month and a Poetry Group once a month. Wanda is a LifeVerse Poetry Facilitator with the Greensboro Public Library and coordinates the Pleasant Garden Community Readers Book Club. Each month she assists the residents in expressing themselves through poetry. The poem is published in the Clapp'er Yapp'er and posted on the bulletin board near our lobby. November
No more leaves beneath the trees;
Over is summer's green glow.
Victory sparks rise from the hearth;
Everything breathes the smoke.
Mountains fade, prepare for snow;
Bare is the once lively earth;
Everything grieves.
Rivers of memory flow slow.
